I noticed that when the picture needs some cropping...the customer is not able to have control where the crop takes place on the picture. For instance...if it needs to move just a centimeter upward and there is room to do so...there seems to be no way to do so.
When I looked at the help for cropping...it said to drag the red box to crop an image. Yet there is not red box option on my galleries for the customer. Is there a way to do this that I am missing?
