Wow.. just goes to show what a small world we live in. I was scanning the forum for new posts before posting some snaps of our weekend trip to a family wedding in Ireland when I saw your post.

My partner has family in Bunclody (near Co Wicklow), and she's fond of telling me how when she was younger her father always took them on a detour to Glendalough.
