Cannot upload or login

I managed to create a new gallery on my smugmug site today, tried to upload a photo, was asked to select the upload method (chose smugmug - should have chose drag and drop).
Now when I click on the upload photo icon Internet explorer 7 instantly crashes, and I cannot login, and I cannot update my email address.
I use a winxp machine with Intel 2.8 chip.
Anyone else had this problem? My Zenfolio site still works perfectly.

P.S. I also could not login here either, had to rejoin. Also my spellchecker will not work here either (iespell)

Hi Kevin! Sorry for the trouble, you just need a Java Update - it's free and easy.

Follow these steps to make sure your java is up to date for a PC:

1) Go to http://www.java.com

2) Click on "Do I have Java?" and wait for the test to run.

3) Follow the steps to get the latest version of Java if you need it.


That will do it for you. Let us know if you continue to have problems.
