Last meet until fall. Now she starts training as a Level 5! All taken with Canon 5D, 70-200mm f/4 (non IS), ISO 3200, 1/200 f/4, no flash...of course.

Good shots, Mike. Even though there won't be any more gymnastics meet till fall, practice sessions continue year round. You can ask the coach for permission to shoot her practice sessions. You'll be surprised at the results. There's no pressure to get that one shot since she'll repeat her routines over and over again. You can move around the gym to get better angles. It's a win-win situation. While she practices, you practice also.

Cuong - Going to the gym to the practice is no big deal. I shoot there occasionally. We both have to practice this summer, since I don't know the new level 5 routine yet!
