FA: Nikon 5400 converted for Infrared

Hi, I have a Nikon 5400 that has been converted for infrared photography. It's on eBay.

    how would one go about converting an old P&S to IR?

    Either send it to someone who does conversions or take it apart and do it yourself.

    If I wanted to do it myself... where do you purchase the filters and other needed elements?

    You can order them from an optic supply house or someone who does conversions. Which model do you want to convert?
