Custom Pro Pricing Disapeared

My custom pro pricing on individual pictures has disappeared, while gallery pricing is still intact. I've checked many pictures while not signed in and they say, "Sorry, this photo has no products available for purchase". While logged in, print pricing for individual photos are $0 while gallery pricing appears accurate. Last time I checked, the picture prices were OK, in most cases the same as gallery pricing. Galleries settings indicate they are printable.

1. Have I mistakenly pressesd button universally setting all prints to $0?

2. Is this a function of settings on Firefox, IE7 or CA's Firewall?

3. Is this a bug?

Hi,

Setting Portfolio pricing will not alter pricing on galleries that you have previously set pricing on individually. In other words, Portfolio pricing does not over-ride the pricing already set on galleries.

I just checked the gallery below and see that you have 0.00 set for most items. This means these items are not available for sale. For a few of the items, you have left the pricing field blank. This means that the item is available for sale, but at our default prices.

I suggest you go to the custom pro pricing section for that gallery to set your pricing. You can copy pricing from another gallery (if you want the pricing to be the same).
