Vaulting fool

My son just started vaulting last year for his High school track team and I only had a point and shoot last season. So this is one of my more serious attempts at getting better images of him. Enjoy and C&C welcome. I am finding focusing interesting challenge with his jumping events.

    The only other was I can think of to help focussing is to prefocus on the bar (or whatever area you want in focus) and lock it if you cam allows then track his body as you would normally to help keep him sharp and blur the rest.
