Photoshop RAW thumbnails

If anyone has some photoshop experience, I could use some help.
On my computer, when I load Adobe Bridge and select a folder of raw files, the thumbnails come up as they should. I can see what pictures are what and the world rotates just fine. I have a Nikon D80.
I have a friend though, with the same photoshop setup (CS2) and a D200, and all he gets are the blue and white Adobe NEF logo instead of actually seeing the pictures. I can't figure out how to get them to show up. Does it have to do with Photoshop or the camera? JPEGs show up fine for him, just not raw images.
Thanks for the input!
