Fun with play-doh.
Samantha had some fun with her Play-doh set the other day. I took the opportunity to give my 85mm, f1.4 another try.
First you mash it up.
Presentation is so important!
Every artiste needs a helper. Here Evan provides a lovely palette for Samantha.
Some cake for you, Dada?
Fatigue sets in. Time for a break!

Don't get me started on this lens. Just when I'm ready to give up on it, I take grab shots like these at F1.8. I've gotten too many soft photos from this lens (operator error) in the past and generally shoot at f2 and above.
It's also a bit too long for me for indoor portraits on a cropped sensor. I'm hoping Santa brings me a D3 this year.
