Hi!
Was taking pictures of some ants today (as usually 70-300 + 50mm reversed)
and come acrosss this photo
something is on right jaw
Not as sharp but slightly more magnified photo can be seen here

what do you think is it just speck of dust or baby ant?
those ants like wood
(this one is made with 50mm reversed directely on camera)
this makes me warry but allows some practice, even with focus stucking

Think it's just a bit of detritus in #1 nut hard to see at the size posted.
The stack looks pretty good but you have "stacking borders" on the sides and bottom that need cropping off.

Hi there Jet, I looked at the largest version you had for the link,
to see what that was caught up in the jaw,
It's not a baby ant, it does look translucent, but I agree with Brian that it's probably debris.
I found the 50mm reversed lens very frustrating to use.
Some folks use it with great success, good luck with the learning curve
