What to do?

Well, I picked up the Canon 40D last night and it is raining like crazy here. What's new. I am dieing to try it out but I want to wait for a chance at a good "first light" shot. tomorrow is supposed to be a good day so we'll see.

I could not buy the body only without going to the net for it but I talked the guy at Best Buy to give me 10% off the package so I figure the lens cost me around $100.00 :D It is a sweet lens that comes with it: 28-135mm 3.5 - 5.6 IS. I was blown away that they include such a nice lens with the kit.

Now, what to do...
I have the 24-70mm 2.8 L lens. I bought that 6 months ago and had wanted that from the beginning. It is a better lens than the 28-135mm (I think) but doesn't have the range. Should I keep both or sell one of them???

My set up:
Canon EOS 40D
24-70mm 2.8 L
28-135mm 3.5 - 5.6 IS
200mm 2.8 L
Tamron 200-500mm 5.6
Tamron 1.4 teleconverter
Speedlight 430EX
And about 20lbs of small stuff. LOL

PS Does anyone have a pack mule for sale? My backpack is getting heavy! :rofl

sell some of your stuff, keep the 24-70L and buy a 70-200L.

Once you catch the L bug you should not go back... the 28-135 is an OK lens, but it is in NO WAY better than the 24-70...

    OR you can sell/trade the 24-70 and get a 24-105 F4L also...

Yeah, I think I'll keep the 24-70mm, It's a great lens! My wife now says she wants the 28-135mm so I guess that's that :D

If you change your mind and would like to trade your 24-70 for a 24-105, I'm looking to trade presently.
