All shots in white used two softbox umbrellas to eliminate all shadows.

Shots 1, 2, & 3 have wrinkled backgrounds that are kind of distracting. Shot 5 has a bunch of wrinkles at his feet that are also distracting. Other then that they are great photographs.

I was a bit distracted by the sign language in #5. His hands actually have a meaning in sign language, but I'm sure he knew that.

I'm usually a fan of ringlights but the reflection of it in the glasses in the first image is too overpowering.
I also think your lighting would look better in a high key set up. With the black background of the first images your highlights on his skin are too bright and that is exagerated by the black background.
You could also use rim lighting on the low key images to seperate him from the background.
I think you did well overall.

    Thanks for all the comments!

Didn't do much post-processing work on these yet :X haha maybe I should have.

#2 #3 was actually a black velvet bg, I dont see any wrinkles on it, but #1 was actually a white bg and it faded to nearly black, but not as nearly was it should have. I'll be sure to clean up the wrinkles for the final products.

Good to hear some of your thoughts, thanks again!

I like these, really neat. My one big issue has nothing to do with you; Mr. Model here needs some lip chap. Especially number 1, his lips look so dry! lol
