Went to a meadow in a lovely estate (Ashton Court) a few miles from where I live. The grass is still short but life is thriving.

Can anyone put a name to these next two bugs?

I also thought the #3 snail was the best, but I had to lead in to it with the others.
Thanks again,

Excellent shots! Snail #3 is my Favorite. And I like the expression on Fly #2, but the Blue thing he's sitting on is very distracting.

The blue thing is my cycle jacket and was the only place he would let me take his picture. I got a couple with him in natural surrounds but they were not too good
