    Absolutely gorgeous shot of the tree swallows. You really stopped that action nicely in mid-air even! The catbird has some incredible detail as well. Great work.

    excellent ric :ivar ..& thanks on the catbird ID...I had one in the yard today & could not figure out what it was.

    That's funny I spotted a pair just last week and went and bought a Sibley field guide just to figure out what they were.

    Great series Ric. At first glance the Swallow with the upswept wings looks like a flying fish :D Beautiful bird tho...first I've seen. Fine detail on the catbird too.
