Birthday Party Candids

We recently had a birthday party for my niece (1yr) in the back room of a local (maple) sugar shack. Just a few small windows and bare light bulbs, but I was happy to be able to shoot w/o flash using my 50mm 1.8 (I don't have a real flash yet, just the built in on my XTi).


I'm really having fun with my DSLR (my first). Should never have waited so long to get one!
