This Time Last Year!

Hi all! I'm Melissa. New to dgrin, just found it and signed up today! I am also pretty new to photography as well. Just started getting serious with it, this time last year. But I wanted to share a few shots I have done hoping to get some great constructive criticism. Please feel free to leave comments and any advice to the wonderful world of photography! The B/W pics are my very first attempt at serious photography. They are of my children taken May 2007 with a Kodak Easyshare Z612. The other 2 pics are of a friends neice taken in October 2007 with the same camera.

    I think you did a good job with the Point and Shoot you are using. clap.gif

    The B&W conversions could use some editing, but cute images.

    Thank you! Yea, I'm also just starting the editing and digital darkroom process! Still have a lot to learn! And am also in need of upgrading to an SLR....Next on my list;)
