There just isn't enough image stabilization in the world, being a 200lb guy in the canoe. next time I either need another person or one big gyro! i looked like I was doing 60 mph standing still!:rofl I had fun anyway, and I didn't get wet:thumb

Nice shots! You may want to look into using a kayak. Some of the kayak platforms are very sturdy, enough that you can stand from them. I had a blast last summer shooting from a kayak and I am looking forward to doing the same this year.

Congrats on your first GBH. I have enough problems shooting on land, I don't even want to think about a canoe.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks for the kind words and kayak suggestion John. :D

That darn GBH had me paddling back and forth across the bay for well over two hours...eek7.gif I'd get three or four shots and off he'd go.

Harry, I think some weight up front in the canoe will solve the stability issue. So if anyone wants to come paddle around the lake with me let me know. :D
