Just read TH's post about Noel Kleinman's SM print. I thought TH's response was a little over the top as was the post title. However, it gave me an enormously smug feeling to know that even before Don replied to Thomas, I knew that SM would do exactly what he was suggesting they should do...
... and then Don did, I wasn't dissapointed!
I recommend SM to all my friends and clients. I've never had to use the guarantee but I am consistently impressed by Smug Mug customer support.
