I found this character quarding the door to an old-time bar in Fernandina Beach, FL
This is the most life-like full-sized mannequin I've ever seen.
I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    The business is actually pretty good...afterall the Palace Saloon is the oldest saloon still in operation in the state of Florida! Above pictured statue is actually just outside the entrance to Uncle Charlie's Pizza which is in the back of the Palace (they're connected).
