It's never too late.............................

Hello everyone !
I am new here and this is the first time I am posting a picture on this forum.
My name is Peter Dumont.
I live in Haarlem, the Netherlands .
I am a sculptor / painter and obviously dig photography too.
I shot this picture last sunday while sitting on a terrace in the sun, drinking a cold beer.
( photography is hard work .)
Feel free to comment.

    Hey Peter,

Welcome to Dgrin. I don't spend a bunch of time up here, but stop in on occasion. This is a great shot! I think it's so easy to think that as we age that we don't appreciate the simple things in life so this is a real "feel good" photo. Thanks!

    Hello Jim !
Thank you for your kind words.
I like photographing people in the street best.
It CAN be very rewarding if you are lucky and allert.

I suppose it is the hunting aspect of it that I like.

    Bye ,

You are never too old for ice cream!

I love this shot, because although they are adults, and older adults at that (i'm trying my hardest to be politically correct, bear with me), they are still enjoying such an innocent, simple childhood pleasure licking the ice cream off....Great Shotthumb.gif
