Karrie (Karrie McD) invited a few people down her way for a local rodeo. Sounded like a nice opportunity to do something I had never done before. Here are some of the better photos from the night (started at about 7:30PM and was over around 10:30PM so it got quite dark:D)
1. Opening ceremonies - what better way than with a tribute to the flag.
2. Cowboy in prayer
3. Bareback, coming out of the shute
4. Rodeo clown and his "dead" horse. That horse was pretty well trained and the clown, when he wasn't taking care of his other more serious duties, had a pretty good patter.
5. Coming around the corner (ISO 3200, click on image for EXIF)
6. And, heading for home (ISO 3200, click on image for EXIF)
