Two spiders

Hi!
I wanted to capture "face" of the spider, and today finally managed to do so.
Looking at their 6x magnified eyes some times can be a bit scary.
Both were taken with Sigma 70-300 @ 300 + reversed 50mm.
Regards,
Sven

I love the first shot I really do. I am hoping to achieve something like that one day.
Well done

Hi Brian,
I was using Sigma APO DG Macro 70-300 (at 300mm) + Nikon 50mm 1.8 attached to it with a revers ring. So I count magnification 6x. This is one of the rear shots when I got something acceptable at such magnification.
It was really hard to get a crab spideder. He was hiding inside the flower an yesterday was quite windy.

Nice work Sven, that's quite a combination of lenses.
I would imagine the DOF is wafer thin with that combo too?
Love the second shot ..... Skippy
