Problem slurping to Booksmart

I hope this is the right forum for this post. I have been trying to slurp photos into booksmart but for the past couple of days it totally freezes up after just 2 or 3 photos are uploaded. :dunno Before that it worked fine. I have sent an email to Blurb tech and waiting for a reply. Just wondering if anyone here has had the same issue or has any ideas what could be wrong.

Hi David,

I'm sorry about your Blurb problems. I would recommend first checking that you're using the latest version of BookSmart, which should be available from here:
https://www.blurb.com/my/account/login?download=true

If the slurp process keeps on failing, Would you mind running a line quality test for us? You go here:
http://www.dslreports.com/linequality
Sign up and run the test. Registration there is free. After you run the test, copy the link to the results for us. That will let us know if there is an issue with the line preventing photos from arriving to the blurb servers.

I am running version 1.9.5.23254 of booksmart. Here is the link to the line speed test. I don't know if this is what you need. It said IP was not pingable but I ran it anyway. Was supposed to take 5-20 min. I let it run for 11/2hrs and it still hadn't finished.

I am all set. The problem ended up being on my end with the internet connection.
