Good Afternoon Folks,
I know there is a Nikon to Canon (EOS) adapter, but does anyone know if there is an Olympus (4/3) to EOS adapter for use on crop cameras ?
Thanks and have a good day :D

Yup. Look near the bottom: http://www.cameraquest.com/frames/4saleReos.htm

Since they have one, I'm sure there's a few on ebay too.

Be aware that the link Chris provides is for the OM mount, but lenses specific to the 4/3rd system may not provide enough image circle to cover a crop 1.6x sensor. (The Olympus 4/3rd sensor is a crop 2x size.) You may get severe vignetting.

Also, there is no electronic coupling so you will be using manual everything and there is also no focus confirmation.

Probably not a good idea using 4/3rd specific lenses on Canon bodies.

    Hey Ziggy,
Thank you for your input thumb.gif
I knew the Olympus 4/3rd sensor was a 2x crop, but didn't give it much thought. Looks like I'll pass then.
Thanks again and have a good day :D

    11doh.gif Oops.

Mush digging turned up these two pages of specs:
    http://www.photoethnography.com/ClassicCameras/index-frameset.html?Lens-adapters.html~mainFrame
    http://www.markerink.org/WJM/HTML/mounts.htm

From the looks of it, I would doubt there is as the 4/3 is a shorter register (38.xmm) than the EOS (44mm). I could swear I found a nice page witha ahuge table of this information, plus mount diameter (and thinking about it, I seem to recall the 4/3 being smaller than EOS, so one of the few that's smaller in both dimensions & thus not adaptable). Like ziggy said, probably not worth the trouble.

    Thanks again Chris,
I'll just keep waiting for that Canon 10-60 2.8 lens that should be out very, very soon rolleyes1.gif
