NEWB Needs help :)

Hi all, I have exhausted my options here. First off, my site is http://urbanicon.smugmug.com/ I would like my layout to be completely different then what it is now. I contacted the help desk and they suggested I use this forum. I saw this site http://www.aaronsteelephotography.com/ and this is how I would like mine set up. I know we cant use flash but I was told I could add a "static image to my biobox"? I have no clue what that means. Any help would be great. Thanks so much in advance :)

    You banner does not show here using Firefox. Make sure external links are
    on in it's gallery or it's not hidden or in a passworded gallery.

    Add this to your CSS to center your show.

    #userBio {text-align: center;}

    You would replace the code in your bio with something like this for a single photo.

    <img src="/photos/xxxxxxxxx_xxxxx-M.jpg">
