Do prints ship flat or rolled?

I had a customer ask me this today...I searched, but didn't see the answer.

Don't know about other sizes, but I've ordered several 11x14" prints and they came rolled every time.

I'm pretty sure that anything larger than 8x10 is rolled.

8x10 and smaller is flat in a heavy stock envelope.

I have never had a problem with bent prints with either method.
