Dreaming photographic opportunities.

In real life carrying a camera almost insures little of interest happening until the moment it's set down. Lately I've had some dreams about photo ops, specifically missing amazing photo ops. Either the camera just far enough away that I don't have time to get it, or the act of getting the camera would ruin the opportunity. This Gilligan's Island syndrome of "oh so close" applied to fishing in my youth (lake full of fish and no pole.. yeah I know.. TMI but bear with me) but now it's back again years later and applies to photography. I guess it could apply to anxiety over inaction in real life whether through fear, complaceny or whatever. Anyway without going into MY sordid psychoanalysis which so NOT the point in my posting, are there others out there who see wonderous and unlikely juxtapositions in their dreams? Do you actually get the shots? :dunno I thought it might be an interesting topic.
