Printing Poster Size

Hello All!
I have printed a few tests with EZ Prints on 8x10's, but not larger. I have a customer wanting to purchase a poster size 24x36. I have been letting EZ Prints "Auto" adjust the 8x10's. Any advice on large prints? Should I sharpen in CS3 first or just go with the standard. Anyone have any experience with this. The file is 12MP at 240dpi. Thanks!

    It's SmugMug's Auto Color, not EZPrints' :D

    Yes, this'll make a lovely 24x36. Don't do anything at all to the file, use Auto and it's going to be lovely thumb.gif
