Is it posible to get an annual stats for past years or months?

    You can get stats for prior months. Control panel | stats tab | more details link | click on 'last month' | http://www.smugmug.com/homepage/stats.mg

    I knew about the prior month. But what about the previous years.

    I don't believe there's a way. If there were it would be obvious.

    However, I believe there are other ways of getting reporting for your SmugMug site.
