I am planning a 7 days trip in New-York city first week of July. Beside the most common attractions, where would you spend time shooting to capture the spirit of NYC? Thanks for sharing! JY

Hey JY, you will be in my neck of the woods! There are so many interesting places. For people I like the parks and Greenwich village or anywhere for that matter. For places - along the water, central park is nice. There is so much in NYC its crazy.
I have a couple of galleries in Street Phtography, if you see anything you like I can tell you where it is. Or, I'd be happy to meet you for lunch (w/cameras).

Another thing I did for the first time a week ago was to take a trip to Roosevelt Island using the tram that runs along the Queensboro Bridge and then walk along the water and take photos of the city.
