Where's the Watermark - sometimes

I've never set up so many galleries at once, and things don't seem to work consistently for me, especially when I try to change layouts using bulk changes. The most vexing problem is missing watermarks on photo in all or part of some galleries. When I check the gallery customization, I can see that the watermarks box is checked and the proper watermark is designated. But... no watermark. Any suggestions?

I've only been setting this new smugmug website up for a day or so now, and it's coming together fast: http://photos.tohsband.org I still have a lot to do, but I want to fix this one problem before I notify the tohsband group that this site is up and running.

Any chance that the photos that aren't watermarked fall into this:

Gotcha: We do not watermark photos whose longest side is equal to or less than 800 pixels because a display copy and the original are the same image.
