I haven't posted to the owner yet. But I'm trying to figure out why this guy would have 3 D3Hs's...?

I'm not interested in it. But it did peak my curiosity.

**If any grinners here are interested. You can PM me if you'd like me to grab it for you. But you'd need to work out details w/ owner. All I would do is give it a good visual inspection and check to make sure it works.
NOTE:
I don't know this person. I can't vouch for this person or their credibility.

small image, but it looks pretty well used. agreed that its not "used up" but that was a working camera, not a hobbyists toy (like most of the cams on this forum).

the 2's took a real tumble in value when the 3's came out. That price, that condition, it's not really all that low. I saw a nearly mint D2h, not the s, but a mint body with box and far less use go for $650.

That guy probably has three because he's a pro sports shooter. Routine Nikon maintanance sounds like an NPS member. I know several people who regularly shoot 2-3 D2Hs's at sports events each with different length lenses. No time for switching, just grab the right body for the shot and go.

I'd check the shutter count before considering this one.

He needs to sell to help finance his three new D3 bodies.mwink.gif
