:dunno Hi, Everyone.
I recently changed to DXO optics pro for my photo batch processing. I first capture my photos in JPG and convert to SRGB for the web. I understand that I can leave the photos in SRGB and send that file to the printer that smugmug uses? I also use the true color option? If it helps the pro order # is 585379 I`m looking for the best way to get optimal results and should I start using the icc profile the printer uses? I want repeat business!!
Thanks,
Dennis

I'm Steve, one of the image specialists here at SmugMug. Yep, our lab needs images in the sRGB colorspace.
Auto Color is usually the safest bet, unless you've gone through the lengths of calibrating your monitors to our lab's output using calibration prints and the .ICC profile. I've had a look at your order #585379 and the skintones are very very red. These would print much better using Auto Color, which tones down the reds and makes for more pleasing skintones. I see the order is in Proof Delay (great!!!), so you still have the opportunity to correct these by hand and replace the images. They're well exposed, just pretty red.
