Hello all,

I'm visiting DC and very excited about taking some pictures. Problem is I'm pretty comfortable taking portraits of people not pictures of buildings and such. What would be be the best settings on my Canon EOS Rebel XT, on an overcast day ( sun is peeking in here and there )for best possible pictures? I do have a tripod, filter, and the only 2 lenses I've brought are my Sigma 70-300 mm 1:4-5.6 and my Quantaray 28-90mm. Will these work okay and what setting should I have my camera on? :scratch

Thanks in advance!!
