Way Too Slow

Just wanted to let you guys know that I am havng incredibly slow page loads. I have a T1 and some of the galleries never even load up after 15-20 minutes! Other websites are blazingly fast today, except SM. Any upgrades going on at the moment or something behind the scenes thats making it slow? Just curious, as this is a first for me!
