Taken on Grimsby fish docks, this gull was looking for something tasty to eat!

    I really like this shot a lot. The composition and the sharpness is great. I think it would look really nice printed and framed in a house with the "sea" style decorations.

    Superb composition....an all-around good photo.
    I always wanted to lie naked on a bearskin rug in front of a fireplace. Cracker Barrel didn't take kindly to it.

    Thanks for the comments everyone, really appreciate it, I love B & W and all the practice is making my conversions a little better. Skippy - no special tricks for this one, the light was very good, maybe that's it?

    What a really cool shot. Great comp, great angle, exposure is awesome. Sharpness is great. Subject itself - the gull - is boring in isolation but here you make the normal very exciting and engaging. That is awesome! thumb.gif
