A bit down, am I.
Some of you might remember a photo I posted many moons ago entitle "Lost Without You". I still am reeling from that. Today I'm particularly down as there are some events that all this has led up that will come to fruition in 6 days.
To try to sooth myself I dove into my art; to try to come up with something.
This is essentially how I feel today:
You can see the other 3 photos/art pieces here.
Thanks for looking.

I think the third picture of the four in your gallery really seals the deal for me. Without the benefit of your words (in your post), that third picture really draws me into your mood and more into your mindset.
I'm sorry to hear about your recent sadness, but am glad to see you channeling that emotion into art. I'm sure the next six days will be some of your most creative ever.
I was screwing around with off-camera flash while sitting on the couch. Kind of desperate to create. I haven't been shooting as much, haven't touched my violin just feeling bottled up I guess. *shrugs*

I like the capture of mood and the color. Yes, you have beautiful eyes too.
If you are in a funk, the best medicine is to exercise and get the endorphins flowing. Make a grateful list of things to be happy about or go do something to make some one else feel good - it's contagious and you will have done something constructive. It will surprise you. Of course good old comedy movies on TV don't hurt either.
