I have my doamin through domains priced right and I was attempting to set up there free email and have all incoming email directed to current every day email address. I figured it would look better, Well everytime I turn around there a different fee for something else that Im not really sure about, so Im thinking about switching over to godaddy.com after reading the domain how to, but has anyone had any issues with email being fowarded from your domain account to an account you use daily.

Reason I can switch to the domain email is because the address I use daily is not on personal but work and there just to many people I would have to contact.

Thanks for the help.

I have one url registered at godaddy.com and one registered at register.com. I do not get "junk" emails from either registrar, and the only fees are those for the services I contracted for when I bought the domains. I do have an email account with each url, and I have forwarded both of them to the account from which I normally view my email.

Feel free to transfer the domain over here:

    http://www.WolfSnapDomains.com/

It includes a FREE email forward; or you get purchase (for cheap) a super-big email account @yourdomain.com :) It includes a small mailbox free even! thumb.gif

Super easy to do - and super cheap.

Register.com is so expensive--and is a pain to use IMHO. GoDaddy (and resellers, like me :) ) have way more features, for WAY less money.

I've had issues with the DNS at register.com before too. They're not the worst, but, for $35/yr, they could be SO much better!

Funny - but I went to transfer my domain from register.com to godaddy.com, and the folks at register.com matched godaddy's price. It was a multi-year registration, but I really didn't care at that point. If they hadn't matched it I would have switched...

And honestly - it's really not difficult to use their tools.

Godaddy's dns is way more advanced, and offers more (free) stuff. Like domain masking, email forwarding, etc.. But, register.com isn't horrible; just expensive.
