Which one?

I have two images I am considering - which do you like best? The first on is the one I am leaning toward because I think it fits the theme better, but the second one is a great composition - and it needs a better title.

I don't see the theme in the second shot. The boat is tied to the rock, obviously not moving anywhere. It is a great shot, I just don't think it relates to the theme.
