My pet jumping spider...

He's not my pet of course, well, not exactly... but well, he was for a while... if you know what I mean.

In fact, I found him this morning and had to keep him in a large tub with some bits and pieces from the garden to keep him happy until I got home from work this evening. Then I opened the tub and asked him to strike a few poses.

Anyways, here is Boris. The jumping spider...

He is a little cuttie. I let mine go today. Released him from his jar.
Couldn't find any food for the little fellow.

They really are cute those little jumping spiders,
though I'm sure the things it hunts would tell you a different story

Yes I let him go. I dropped him gently onto the door step of the back door and he scurried off into a small niche between the door and the framework.
