Help a newbie with a simple banner

Greetings o wise and wonderful Grinners,
I read the tutorial and followed all the instructions like a good doobie, but I still can't see the simple SmugMug banner that I created.
I wanna learn this html stuff but it's really frustrating. Is there somebody out there who's patient enough with a newbie to help me figure out what I did wrong?
