    First one is a bunny hop in a public park, or parade.

    Second one is a lady trying to do the macharana (sp)




    But, I'm guessing they are watching.....Horse Races?

    I'm not so sure I'd want to be sitting behind a horse with my legs open and strapped to him. One would think a kick or some poop would get you eventually.
    I thought people wore really big hats to horse races?

    Im actually not sure, I just saw the pics, and I thought horse races. Maybe the barrier being higher up, and it did nott seem to be a Cement Track of any sort, I was going to say dog races, but I was not sure how popular those are anymore.
