A type of sandpiper I've never seen before! :clap

Female is the wing spreader.

Taken at a marshy lake just north of Necedah NWR in central Wisconsin.

    Hi Ric, nice series of images, and I really like the one of the female she seems to have some nicer colours then the males here. Thanks for sharing.
