Hello... of course any critique and advice is welome..

I took this shot with a lens I bought in 1979 or 1980 an Asahi Pentax 28mm 2.8F lens, which I used to use with my Pentax ME super.

I recently bought a Pentax *istD on the premise that I could use all my old lenses....

Well yes you can use that old glass.... just need to make a custom function.. "shutter without automatic apeture" or something..

    I have no idea what kind of flower it is, They were planted by the previous owner of my house. Maybe Ill take a bloom the a nursery and see if they can identify it.

    I think we have a flower here Florida like that. Ours grow right on the edge of the water if not in it.
    I wonder if you could us an extension tube with that 28mm lens. I use a 50mm 1.4 but if the subject is big it get cut off. I was thing a 20 to 28mm might do it. Thanks for sharing. MM
