My private gallery only displays as a slideshow???

Help. I set up a private gallery with pictures of the grandkids. It worked fine when my husband checked it. But now, others are saying they can only view it as a slideshow. I cleared my cache and cookies, and checked it ... and I can only see it as a slideshow --- and it looks terrible because the pics were not sized for fullsize view.

(And yes, I've searched for about an hour ... have found some similar threads, but not quite what I'm looking for). Thanks for any help.

If you don't mind, we could help better if you could share the gallery link.

If not, here are a couple things to check:
    1. Go to customize gallery for that gallery and make sure that under Look & Feel, the Gallery Style is set to "User Controlled".
    2. Make sure you haven't hidden the gallery style picker with your own customization CSS. One way to test this is to go to the generic version of your gallery. So, if your normal gallery is http://shazza53.smugmug.com/gallery/123456789, then go to http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/123456789 (where you plug your gallery number in instead of the 123456789 that I used in this example). This will show the gallery without any of your customizations.
    3. Clear your Smugmug cookies in your browser (your recent gallery viewing style is saved in a cookie)
