The BLM holds adoptions regionally around the US since the 70s. These shots were taken <yuck> mid-day in fairly harsh light, from atop a fence leaning into the aisleway of portable pipe pens.

here you can see the whole scene, releasing a couple of babies at a time to herd into a pen, as the rest struggle behind.

    Well, the price is right on these guys but ya gotta have some skills. Better to get one right from the "factory" so they're human-oriented from the beginning.

    Andrew (maczippy-Mr. Motosports) sez take the brightness down and that'll help with the lighting challenge--thank goodness for RAW!
