Can you ID this BIF

Excuse the small size but I do not yet have reach. This was taken in the Riparian Nature Conservation migration route in Southeast Arizona. It is a very small bird that seemed to be showing off while all the others were taking a Siesta.

    I would go with vermilion flycatcher.
