Portrait packages for me?

I hope I can explain what I'm trying to do.
I have 300 portraits I'm doing for a youth football league. People will be placing orders the day of the shoot and I'd like to order all of the pics from smugmug. I'd like to be able to set up portrait packages so when *I* go to order the pics I don't have to leaf through a mile long list of things I can order.
Is this possible?

You can order all the images in a gallery, though, using "Buy: multiple photos" at the top of that gallery page, then "select all"... etc. It should be pretty intuitive.
