Approving comments before allowing posting.

Sorry if this has been asked before. I could not find the answer here.

I have two questions regarding 'comments':

1. Is it possible to add a code for security so children do not accidentally post something?

2. Just as many other comment sites, is it possible to add the feature to review a comment before approving it for public reading?
