    Yes, Skippy, this is a rail riding work truck. It is a large crane truck, possibly used to help get cars back on tracks after a derailment. It was just sitting in a parking lot.

    I deliberately cropped the first shot to make it look mysterious with those wheels and an obviously non railcar body attached.
